Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and details of your request. We will provide the next steps. Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return shipping. 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and work to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used skincare and grooming tools cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
